Ok, so maybe it’s the breathtaking beauty of this place, or maybe the few too many sangrias we had while we were there, either way – we ran out of superlatives to describe the unworldly scenery at Caudo Vineyards! 

Get this – An award-winning winery, surrounded by manicured vineyards overlooking a stunning, panoramic view of the famous Murray River. Yep, you read all of that correctly – this place is UNREAL!

Caudo Vineyards is located just outside of Waikerie and about 2 hours from Adelaide. Perched above the historic ‘Hogwash Bend’, the Cellar Door and accompanying lawned areas offer up some of the most unique wedding ceremony and reception areas in the state. Whether you’re interested in a marquee wedding, or simply celebrating under the stars – Caudo Vineyards can offer you an experience unlike any other.

It is worth noting at this point the popularity of such a divine location. Caudo Vineyards have reached wedding capacity for 2018 and have only a small number of vacancies for 2019. That being said, it is still a perfect way to spend the time surrounding your special day with family, friends and loved ones.

Accommodation Available : Not on site. However you can hire a houseboat for the weekend and pull up at Caudo Vineyard! Other- Numerous bed and breakfasts with 10km, Waikerie Holiday Park and Waikerie Hotel within 25km.

The next big wedding trend: Having wedding photos taken before the ceremony. This allows you to spend extra time on capturing the best photos possible. You can also party longer with your guests.

Favourite thing about your work: There’s too much! My daily view, the family workplace, meeting new people and of course -knock off Sangrias and the river with my colleagues.
